A transformative collaboration between Aro Ha Wellness Retreat and Arithmos, the AWAKEN Superfine Body Oil encapsulates the essence of Aro Ha that renews the mind, body, and spirit.  

When I visited Aro Ha Wellness retreat in 2022, I experienced a deep sense of connection to myself and to nature. Taking a break from my busy schedule to settle into the 6-day retreat program, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace.

Immersed in Aro Ha’s mindful practices like sunrise yoga, meditation, nature hikes, and sacred cacao ceremonies — I found a profound sense of connection to myself and nature. The warmth of the wooden space, the nourishment from the plant-based meals made with ingredients mainly grown on-site, and the soothing presence of surrounding nature instilled a feeling of deep harmony and peace.

This experience sparked my desire to collaborate with Aro Ha to create a product. with each ingredient was carefully selected that truly reflect the mindful culture and lush environment of Aro Ha, that would transport others back to that place of tranquility, grounding them in moments of sensory richness and self-connection.

Through this collaboration, I hope to bring the profound calm and sensory richness of Aro Ha into everyday life, helping others experience the transformative energy of that sacred space.
