RETURN AND REFUNDS
CHANGE OF MIND
We offer refunds for change of mind within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (being less than ¼ used). Once approved, you will be refunded the price (excluding shipping costs).
INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please submit a return request, including a photo of the fault, for us to access. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Once approved, you will be refunded the price (including shipping costs).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please:
- return the product in the mailer box and post it to: 12 Murray Street, Armadale, VIC 3143;
- include your order number inside the box so we can track your order and payment method; and
- Email us at info@arithmosskin.com.auwithin that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase and quote your order number and the reason for refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return is received, and again once your refund has been processed.
Please note, we are not responsible for returned product that is lost in transit and recommend you consider obtaining insurance.
